Each year we can choose from over 4000 partners from 90 countries to donate 1% of our annual sales. So good!
As our toothbrushes now sell in 57 countries, we have been looking for a global partner that works with not for profit organisations in different regions across the globe. 1% for the Planet is that partner.
1% for the Planet is an international organisation whose members contribute at least 1% of their annual sales to environmental causes. Their mission is to "build, support and activate an alliance of businesses financially committed to creating a healthy planet." Did you know that 3.5 billion plastic toothbrushes go to landfill globally a year? We are doing our bit to ensure our Plastic Free Bio toothbrushes are not contributing to this and furthermore we are now donating 1% of sales to 1% for the Planet!
