For Australian domestic orders, shipping is free for orders of $49 or more.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
For orders under $49, shipping costs start at $9.95.

While we always do our best to assist our customers with any issues they have, our Returns & Refunds policy does not apply to certain products for hygiene reasons including, but not limited to, opened Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Teething Gel etc. Please contact us with your specific issue and we will inform you if we can accept the return.
If your product is deemed faulty or damaged, we will happily replace the item or refund the cost to you. This refund will be processed within 10 business days of the approval of your refund.

Australian Orders: We ship out of our warehouse in Melbourne. Please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Orders may take extra time to arrive after dispatch depending on the distance from Melbourne to your chosen delivery address, as well as delays with our shipping partners.
